Coronavirus Update – 23rd March 2020

As emailed to all customers a week or so ago, we thought we would include a copy of the email on our website in this post to reassure those customers who are new or perhaps did not receive the email:

We just wanted to let you know about the current measures in place regarding how we are dealing with the Coronavirus outbreak.

Currently, the business is open as usual.

All public contact areas are being cleaned with anti-viral solutions every hour.

There is hand sanitiser available for customers to use before and after visiting the shop should you wish.

All devices booked in are cleaned with anti-viral solutions before we work on them.

All devices are cleaned with anti-viral solutions when work is completed.

Further to this, if you are self-isolating or are unable or unwilling to venture out due to the outbreak, we are providing a local collect and return service so you can still get your devices repaired.
If you wish to use this service, you can either call us or book your repair yourself by going to (don’t worry if your device is not a macbook its for all devices)

Once you have completed the simple form to book your repair on our system, we will call you to confirm the collection date/time. Please advise if you are self-isolating.

We will then attend to collect your device. If you are self-isolating we will contact you on arrival via phone and you can place the device outside your door for us to collect.

We will do the same when we return your device. We must be able to get hold of you at the time to collect and return your device. If we are unable to contact you at the time of collection or return – we will notify you of a missed collect/return and a new slot will need to be booked.

We will endeavour to operate a full or partial service until such time as Government measures prevent us doing so. Please be advised, that this is a rapidly changing situation and as such may change. We will notify you when or if our services are impacted.
