Diagnostic Service

If you are unsure of the fault or you have attempted an unsuccessful repair, we can offer you a Diagnostic Service. You should also select this service if you require multiple repair services on the same device. i.e. you have a faulty hard drive and a broken screen as we heavily discount multiple repairs.

Our expert technicians will carefully investigate and diagnose your device to look for any current or potential faults. We will then contact you and inform you if a repair is necessary and discuss the extra costs to continue with the repair service. At any point, your device can be returned without paying extra for repairs, you are under no obligation to agree with the extra repairs needed.

The diagnostic cost will be deducted from the overall cost of repair, if you choose to proceed. Please bear in mind that the diagnostic cost is a non-refundable service.

You can send your device to us in the following ways (please select at checkout)

1. Use your own postal or courier method,

2. Use our collect+ network, box your device and drop off at a collect+ participating shop and pay for the shipping to us,

3. Box your item and contact us to arrange a courier collection from your work or home,

4. Drop the device into our shop.

We will return the device to you free of charge even if you do not proceed with the repair
